Most serial coding follows an algorithm. If it is hacked, a counterfeiter can generate a whole batch of valid codes and put fakes on the market with real-looking numbers. Our codes can’t be predicted.
Codes of random letters and digits, like 5A59J07N, come from a quantum device, so they are impossible to predict.
A high-security hologram carries the code as a laser-demetallized serial, a printed QR code, or both. It can’t be erased or modified, so it also suits lotteries and prize draws.
Enough codes to protect over 1,000 billion products individually, with a database of over 500 million codes already issued. It’s checked online, in a company application or with a mobile app.

A code smaller than 1 mm² is engraved in less than 0.02 seconds in a hard-to-reach spot, where wear and fitting can’t erase it. The same system can also engrave brand, country and type.
Successive serials have no link between them, so knowing a million earlier codes reveals nothing about the next one. A secured database holds type, production date, destination and more.
